..Before actually seeing Cannibal Ferox I had 2 experiences @ a young age that made to afraid of this film. When I was 11 I was up @ Michigan State University for a football game. We ended up in the student book store & I checked out the educational material for the film studies class. There I was horrified w/ images of Zora Kerova hanging w/ hooks in her breasts. It was a little too much for my tender psyche. Later that year I was @ a video store that I only rented @ once & Cannibal Ferox was on the shelf in all it's banned in 31 country glory. I was too scared to even touch it & opted for Ninja movies. It took me nearly 20 years to finally watch it & aside from the animal killings (which is just sorta par for the course for this genre) it's damn fine. It would have been too much for me @ age 11 but now I can watch castration while eating Johnsonville Brats
