..The colors. The wonderful colors. I'm surprised that more people don't drop LSD & watch Dick Tracy. It's as vibrant as Fantasia. I had initially dismissed Dick Tracy as a Warren Beatty dick in Madonna vanity project. Quiet often it feels a little self indulgent but Beatty doesn't scrimp as almost all the baddies are on hand. Unfortunately all of them die so there was no chance of a sequel. They even killed off Madonna who turned out to be the man w/ no face. The man w/ no face character kept me duped for the majority of the film thinking it was Boushh from Return of the Jedi b/c of the voice & had thought Carrie Fisher was making an uncredited cameo
