..The Black Windmill is a fine unsung film w/ a dynamite triple shot cast in Michael Caine, John Vernon & Donald Pleasence sporting a moustache that I wanted to ride all night long. John Vernon kidnaps Michael Caine kid holding him for ransom. Like all good Brits in crisis Caine & his wife turn to a nice tea. The kidnappers want a king's ransom in diamonds that only Pleasence can approve. Of course those in power won't allow it & it's up to Caine to steal the diamonds & get his son back all the while he's being framed. Caine is none too bright as I know of a few pawn shops where he could have gotten some diamonds @ a fraction of the price
